Bob Bendetson - Writer / Director / Producer

For more than 20 years, Bob Bendetson has written and produced some of America's most popular television programs, for which he has earned seven Emmy nominations, four Golden Globe nominations, a Writer's Guild nomination, and two People's Choice Awards.

Bob began his career as a writer for the successful "All in the Family" spin-off, "The Jeffersons" (TAT/CBS), followed by "Alice" (Warner Bros./NBC), and "The Facts of Life" (Embassy/NBC) of which he later became Producer.

In 1986, Bendetson joined "Alf" (Brillstein Prod./NBC) as writer, then Co-Executive Producer before finding his way to "Newhart" (MTM/CBS) where, as writer and Executive Producer, he earned the first three of his seven Emmy nominations.

During the 90's, Bob wrote and produced for three of the television's most successful shows: "Coach" (Universal/ABC) where as Executive Producer he received nods for an Emmy and two Golden Globes; as an Executive Producer for "Home Improvement" (Disney/ABC) pulling down two Emmy Nominations, two Golden Globe Nominations, and winning two People's Choice Awards; and most recently "The Simpsons" (20th Century/FBC) as Consulting Producer earning both Emmy and Writer's Guild nominations.

Bob has also written numerous pilots including "Mutts" (Imagine/ABC) for Stephen Dorff, "Simple Folk" (Tristar/CBS) starring Sherman Hemsley, "Sensible Shoes" (Blake Edwards/ABC) with Julie Andrews, and "The Bronx is Down" (New World/CBS) for Bill Maher.

Stuart Black - Producer

Stuart Black is a twenty-eight year veteran of the film and entertainment industry. His career started with Michael Nesmith's Pacific Arts Corp. (1976), where after working in various areas of production he became Producer.

During the eighties, Stuart amassed credits as a Producer/Director/AD/Writer of documentaries (Fast Draw), feature films (The Mediterranean, Harry and the Henderson's, The Price of Kissing), television (Pop Clips, Fridays), music videos (Cheap Trick, Survivor, Michael MacDonald), corporate films (Xerox, Mitsubishi, BMW) and commercials (DearFilms, Lopes Pictures, Bedford Falls).

Along with partner Jan Katz, Black launched commercial production company Alchemy Pictures in 1994 (later renamed Black Katz Productions), with a client list that included The Boston Globe, Budweiser and BMW.
In September 1999, after a brief stint as in-house Post Production Producer at Complete Post Inc., helping the firm interface with film studios, television and commercial production companies and new media facilities, Stuart became President/CEO of Virtual Production Link, an Internet-based post-production management system.

Black was most recently (2003) Executive Producer on the "The Hittites," a Docudrama feature film for Ekip Film, directed by Tolga Ornek. In addition, he has written numerous screenplays and is a member of the Screen Actors' Guild.

Peter Shin - Animation Director

Peter Shin is a graduate (B.F.A.) of the California Institute of The Arts renowned Character Animation Program. With a career that began as an animator on the primetime series "The Simpsons," Shin has risen rapidly through the ranks, earning much recognition along the way.

At the age of twenty-four, Peter was tapped to direct the hit animated series "Duckman." After several episodes he went on to "Freakazoid!" for Warner Bros, where he received an Emmy Award for direction. Shin's next challenge took him to the big screen as a Sequence Director for the blockbuster hit "RugRats, The Movie."

Karyn Rachtman - Music Supervisor

In the field of music supervision, Karyn Rachtman is "a rarity in this world" according to Rolling Stone Magazine. In little more than a decade, Rachtman has risen to the top of her profession with some of the most memorable soundtracks featuring both vintage and original material from an assortment of artists old and new-Wyclef Jean, Elvis Costello, Iggy Pop, Lou Rawls, Cypress Hill, Burt Bacharach and Sonic Youth, to name a few.

Her work as music supervisor and soundtrack producer for more than 30 motion pictures and television movies includes Quentin Tarantino's "Reservoir Dogs" (1992), "Reality Bites" (1994) "Pulp Fiction" (1994), "Clueless" (1995), "Get Shorty" (1995), "Boogie Nights" (1997), "Bulworth" (1998), "Rugrats, The Movie" (1998), and "Mystery Men" (1999).

Karyn's most recent accomplishments include Executive Soundtrack Producer for "Office Space" (Fox; 2001) and Baz Lurhman's "Moulin Rouge" (Fox; 2001), Music Supervisor for "What Planet Are You From" (Sony Pictures; 2001), and Music Supervisor/Executive Soundtrack Producer for "Laurel Canyon" (Sony Pictures Classics; 2003) and "Holes" (Walt Disney Studios; 2003).
